Who we are
Coffea and Company began as three chemists—and coffee lovers—united by a passion for the flavors, stories, and innovation in specialty coffee. We have brewed, roasted, and tasted together more coffees than we can remember—from the funkiest experimental fermentations to the cleanest expressions of varietal and origin.
Even as coffee professionals, however, we found some things remained out of reach. Our favorite coffees were seldom available green and fresh (at least in the amounts we wanted) to roast and share with our friends and family. Roasting remained largely a solo sport, and its skills largely self-taught. Farmers and producers remained at arm’s length. We knew we could change this situation and help others in the process.
Thus Coffea and Company was born. We aim to connect enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, and experimenters like us: those who not only seek great coffee but also the stories that come with it. Our club is a space for coffee lovers to buy green coffee together, share their roasting experiences, learn, and connect. Join us in making each cup a shared journey.
